You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.

For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label.
